Experience
I've lived across the globe in 3 different continents for a period of 5+ years in each place. This has helped me acquire both fluency in several languages, as well as an understanding of many different cultures. I know people have different ways of seeing things and I greatly enjoy the process of translating a concept to the point of view of my student.
