Experience
I have worked with students of different backgrounds, ages and levels and have experience teaching in Greece, Sweden and the UK. I love being a tutor because I enjoy the privilege of helping students and focusing on their own needs and areas of improvement. Since September 2013 I have been working as a freelance English language tutor and in July 2014 I worked as a Local Teacher with EF Education First in Torquay, UK teaching English to students of 14-18 years old. In terms of exam preparation, I have previously assisted students with the SAT's, IELTS, Cambridge Advanced, and I can prepare them for other exams as well. Moreover, I have been teaching Business English for the past year and a half in prestigious companies around Stockholm with EF Education First. My teaching philosophy is based on my students achieving their goals and growing as learners. I create an atmosphere in which every individual feels secure and integrated while learning. Moreover, I pay great attention to the needs and wants of my students and so I always ask them their opinion on the lessons I am preparing so that based on them I can provide them with the best service. I want my students to know that their voice will be heard and their opinion will be valued. I hope that you will give me a chance and that we will learn together!
